AN ACT CONCERNING INCREASED MUNICIPAL AID FOR CERTAIN
CITIES AND TOWNS DURING A PUBLIC HEALTH EPIDEMIC.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that additional state 1
aid and resources be provided to cities and towns that host certain 2
additional populations of people due to certain declared public health 3
epidemics, for the purpose of addressing the increase in health and 4
public safety costs resulting from such epidemics. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To provide cities and towns with additional resources to help house
residents during declared public health epidemics.
