AN ACT CONCERNING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE TEACHERS'
RETIREMENT BOARD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-183l of the general statutes be amended to add two 1
additional members to the Teachers' Retirement Board who shall be 2
retired teachers. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a better balance of membership on the Teachers' Retirement
Board that reflects the interests of retired teachers.
