AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PROCESS TO
SETTLE TUITION DISPUTES BETWEEN WINSTED AND THE GILBERT
SCHOOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 164 of the general statutes be amended to establish a 1
formal process to settle tuition disputes between the board of education 2
for the town of Winsted and the Gilbert School. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a formal process to settle tuition disputes between the board
of education for the town of Winsted and the Gilbert School.
