AN ACT INCREASING AWARENESS TO MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL
HEALTH RESOURCES AVAILABLE IN SCHOOL COMMUNITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 170 of the general statutes be amended to require local 1
and regional boards of education to include a separate tab on the main 2
page of the Internet web site for the school district that directs users to 3
a listing of names and contact information for all available local and 4
state mental and emotional health resources. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To provide students and their families with readily available access to
mental and emotional health resources.
