AN ACT CONCERNING TAX STABILIZATION AGREEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 16-244u of the general statutes be amended to include a 1
tax stabilization agreement between developers and host municipalities 2
as a condition of approval through the Siting Council. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To create tax stabilization agreements.
