AN ACT CONCERNING NOTICE ABOUT INTENDED WORK ON A
PROPERTY TO OWNERS AND ABUTTING RESIDENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require telecommunications 1
companies to provide notice, and provide receipt of said notice, about 2
any intended work on a property to all owners and abutting residents 3
of such property. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require telecommunications companies to provide notice about
intended work on a property to owners and abutting residents.
