1818 AN ACT CONCERNING SOLAR GENERATION AND SOLAR POWER
1919 PROJECTS.
2020 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2121 Assembly convened:

2323 That the general statutes be amended to: (1) Provide a no-limit, long-1
2424 term contract for all solar power projects; (2) provide a small premium 2
2525 to solar power for peak period generation in the summer; (3) mandate 3
2626 that the utility companies provide fast-track connectivity to all solar 4
2727 power projects based on a cost basis; (4) provide a farm-land exemption 5
2828 for solar power projects; and (5) create a regulatory fast track for all solar 6
2929 power projects to enable faster execution. 7
