AN ACT INCREASING THE PERCENTAGE OF TOTAL OUTPUT
ATTRIBUTED TO CLASS III SOURCES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 16-243q of the general statutes be amended to increase 1
the percentage of the total output that electric distribution companies 2
and electric suppliers obtain from Class III sources. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the percentage of total output that electric distribution
companies and electric suppliers obtain from Class III sources.
