AN ACT EXPANDING THE VIRTUAL NET METERING PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 16-244u of the general statutes be amended to expand 1
the virtual net metering program to the public, including residential 2
communities and privately owned businesses. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the virtual net metering program.
