AN ACT CONCERNING RESIDENTIAL NET METERING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a residential net 1
metering program and to evaluate future net metering policies, 2
including provisions to lift caps on commercial solar energy investment. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To create a residential net metering program.
