AN ACT REQUIRING UTILITY COMPANIES TO MAINTAIN AND
PRESERVE NATURAL BARRIERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a utility company to 1
maintain and preserve natural barriers, including trees or other 2
vegetation, between such company's facilities and any residential 3
neighbors to such facility. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require a utility company to preserve and maintain natural barriers
between such company's facility and residential neighbors to such
facility.
