2525 AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR CAPITAL

2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2929 Assembly convened:

3131 That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
3232 issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
3333 general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
3434 two million dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Office of 4
3535 Policy and Management for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to 5
3636 the Danbury War Memorial Association, Inc. to conduct capital 6
3737 improvements to ensure that the association's community center 7
3838 building complies with the State Building Code, including 8
3939 improvements to its heating, ventilation and air conditioning system, 9

4545 Statement of Purpose:
4646 To provide funding to the Danbury War Memorial Association, Inc. for
