AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR ATHLETIC
FIELDS AND FACILITIES IN GROTON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
___ dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Office of Policy 4
and Management for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to the 5
town of Groton for projects related to athletic fields and athletic field 6
facilities. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for athletic fields and athletic field facilities in
Groton.
