AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR
CONSTRUCTION AND EXPANSION OF FACILITIES BY THE
COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER, INC. IN MIDDLETOWN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
___ dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Office of Policy 4
and Management for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to 5
Community Health Center, Inc. in Middletown for the construction and 6
expansion of facilities for technology and training. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for the Community Health Center , Inc. in
Middletown to construct and expand facilities for technology and
training.
