AN ACT CONCERNING A MUNICIPAL ELECTION MONITOR.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That there shall be, in any municipality with a population of at least 1
one hundred forty thousand, an election monitor for both the municipal 2
election in 2021 and the state election in 2022 to detect and prevent 3
irregularity and impropriety in the management of election 4
administration procedures and the conduct of said elections in such 5
municipality. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To employ an election monitor for both the municipal election in 2021
and the state election in 2022 in any municipality with a population of
at least one hundred forty thousand.
