AN ACT CONCERNING POLLING PLACES AT INSTITUTIONS OF
HIGHER EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
establishment of suitable polling places on campuses of institutions of 2
higher education for use during elections. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish polling places for use during elections on college and
university campuses.
