Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to protect the rights of motor 1
vehicle owners and small businesses regarding the repair of motor 2
vehicles. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To protect the rights of motor vehicle owners and small businesses
