AN ACT CONCERNING CRAFT CAFES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 30-22d of the general statutes be amended to rescind any 1
prior order or regulation requiring the service of a "substantial meal" at 2
Connecticut craft cafes with an outdoor seating area. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow Connecticut craft cafes with outdoor seating to safely operate
during the COVID-19 public health emergency and beyond without the
requirement to serve a substantial meal.
