Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require that police, 1

between animal abuse and commission of crimes so that cases are 3

of such information and to require that any and all resolutions to animal 5
cruelty cases include a mandatory psychological evaluation and 6
sessions to identify the potential for more serious criminal behavior. 7
