24 | 24 | between animal abuse and commission of crimes so that cases are 3 | |

26 | 26 | of such information and to require that any and all resolutions to animal 5 | |
27 | 27 | cruelty cases include a mandatory psychological evaluation and 6 | |
28 | 28 | sessions to identify the potential for more serious criminal behavior. 7 | |
