| 25 | 25 | particular, this state, (2) make recommendations for legislation to 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | reverse existing racial disparities attributable to ongoing state policies 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | and practices, (3) design a plan for the state to support enactment of a 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | federal project of reparations for all American descendants of chattel 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | slavery, and (4) submit a written report of its findings and 7 | |
