AN ACT RAISING THE PREVAILING WAGE FOR CERTAIN
RENOVATION PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to raise the prevailing wage on 1
renovation projects to one million dollars if there are multiple trades 2
working on the project. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To raise the prevailing wage on renovation projects to one million
dollars if there are multiple trades working on the project.
