Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1 Public Health to study the adequacy of the notice hospitals provide to 2 mothers of stillborn fetuses regarding their right to arrange for burial or 3 cremation of such fetuses. 4 Statement of Purpose: To require the Department of Public Health to study the adequacy of the notice hospitals provide to mothers of stillborn fetuses of their right to arrange for burial or cremation of such fetuses.
