29 | 29 | as a police officer, an opportunity to be relieved of the prohibition on 5 | |
30 | 30 | future employment with a law enforcement unit in this state. 6 | |

33 | 33 | prohibition on future employment as a police officer to officers who | |
34 | 34 | were previously terminated, or who resigned or retired while under | |

36 | 36 | question such person's fitness to serve as a police officer. |
