AN ACT GIVING PREFERENCE TO IN -STATE MAJOR
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require major construction 1
contracts be provided to in-state companies when qualifying in-state 2
company bids are comparable to qualifying out-of-state bids. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prioritize Connecticut companies and workers.
