AN ACT PROVIDING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE TO LOW -INCOME
RESIDENTS REGARDLESS OF IMMIGRATION STATUS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to require medical 1
assistance for low-income residents regardless of immigration status. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To provide medical assistance to low-income residents regardless of
immigration status.
