AN ACT EXEMPTING SMALL BUSINESSES FROM PREVAILING
WAGE REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt small businesses 1
from prevailing wage requirements. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt small businesses from prevailing wage requirements, to
create an equal playing field for new entrants and small participants.
