AN ACT REGARDING STAFF PAYMENT PROCEDURES IN NURSING

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to align staff payment 1
procedures in nursing home facilities to provide incentives to work in a 2
single facility. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide incentives for staff to work in a single nursing home facility.
