AN ACT CONCERNING DISTRICT GRAND LISTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 7-328 of the general statutes be amended to allow a 1
district, at its annual meeting, to amend the grand list of property in 2
such district to include property that is otherwise exempt from taxation 3
pursuant to subdivision (59), (60), (70) or (76) of section 12-81 of the 4
general statutes as taxable property. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To allow districts to include certain property, that is otherwise exempt
from taxation, as taxable property on their grand lists.
