12	21		AN ACT CONCERNING TH E UNFUNDED PENSION L IABILITY
13	22		PORTION OF THE FRINGE BENEFIT COST FOR EMPLOYEES OF
14	23		THE CONSTITUENT UNIT S OF THE STATE SYSTEM OF HIGHER
15	24		EDUCATION.
16	25		Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
17	26		Assembly convened:

19		-	Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) For the fiscal year ending 1
20		-	June 30, 2021, and for each fiscal year thereafter, the Comptroller shall 2
21		-	fund, from resources appropriated for the State Comptroller-Fringe 3
22		-	Benefits, the unfunded pension liability portion of the fringe benefit 4
23		-	costs of the constituent units of the state system of higher education for 5
24		-	employees compensated through resources other than the General 6
25		-	Fund. Nothing in this section shall change the funding by the 7
26		-	Comptroller of the fringe benefit costs of the constituent units of the 8
27		-	state system of higher education for employees compensated through 9
28		-	the General Fund from resources appropriated for the Stat e 10
29		-	Comptroller-Fringe Benefits. 11
