Explanation
The bill conveys a parcel of land totaling approximately 0.21 acres
from the Department of Transportation to a private party, at a cost of
$6,000 plus administrative costs.
The state would lose use of an asset (most recently valued at
$27,000) and there would be a revenue gain of $6,000 to the Special
Transportation Fund.
House "A" eliminates the original bill and its associated fiscal
impact and results in the impact described above.
