2121 AN ACT CONCERNING TH E CONVEYANCE OF A PA RCEL OF STATE
2222 LAND IN THE CITY OF HARTFORD AT 30 TRINITY STREET TO THE
2323 CAPITAL REGION DEVEL OPMENT AUTHORITY.
2424 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2525 Assembly convened:

2727 Section 1. (Effective from passage) (a) Notwithstanding any provision 1
2828 of the general statutes, the Commissioner of Administrative Services 2
2929 shall convey to the Capital Region Development Authority a parcel of 3
3030 land located at 30 Trinity Street in the city of Hartford and any 4
3131 improvements on said parcel, at a cost equal to the administrative costs 5
3232 of making such conveyance. Said parcel of land has an area of 6
3333 approximately .79 acre and is identified as Lot 008 in Block 443 on city 7
3434 of Hartford Tax Assessor's Map 246, located at 30 Trinity Street. The 8
3535 conveyance shall be subject to the approval of the State Properties 9
3636 Review Board. 10
3737 (b) The Capital Region Development Authority shall use said parcel 11
3838 of land for housing and economic development purposes. If the Capital 12

4746 parcel shall revert to the state of Connecticut. 15
4847 (c) The State Properties Review Board shall complete its review of the 16
4948 conveyance of said parcel of land and improvements not later than 17
5049 thirty days after it receives a proposed agreement from the Department 18
5150 of Administrative Services. The land and any improvement thereon 19
5251 shall remain under the care and control of said department until a 20
5352 conveyance is made in accordance with the provisions of this section. 21
5453 The State Treasurer shall execute and deliver any deed or instrument 22
5554 necessary for a conveyance under this section, which deed or instrument 23
5655 shall include provisions to carry out the purposes of subsection (b) of 24
5756 this section. The Commissioner of Administrative Services shall have 25
5857 the sole responsibility for all other incidents of such conveyance. 26
