RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMIN ATION OF THE HONORAB LE
MARSHALL K. BERGER, JR. OF CANTON TO BE A STATE REFEREE.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the Honorable 1
Marshall K. Berger, Jr. of Canton to be a State Referee, to serve for a term of 2
eight years from February 8, 2021, is approved and confirmed, and he is 3
appointed a State Referee for said term. 4
