RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMIN ATION OF THE HONORAB LE
JAMES G. KENEFICK, JR. OF GUILFORD TO BE A STATE REFEREE.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable James G. Kenefick, Jr. of Guilford to be a State Referee, to 2
serve a term of eight years from July 5, 2021, is approved and confirmed, 3
and he is appointed a State Referee for said term. 4
