AMENDMENT INCREASING LEGISLATIVE TERM OF OFFICE.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That section 10 of article third of the Constitution of the state be 1
amended to increase the term of office for members of the General 2
Assembly from two years to four years. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the term of office of members of the General Assembly to
four years.
