AMENDMENT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL ZONING.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That article tenth of the Constitution of the state be amended to 1
permit municipalities to enact and enforce zoning regulations without 2
regional or state interference. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To permit municipalities to enact and enforce zoning restrictions
without regional or state interference.
