RESOLUTION PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE STATE
CONSTITUTION CONCERNING CRIME VICTIMS' RIGHTS.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That Article XXIX of the amendments to the Constitution of the state 1
be amended to eliminate language that bars an appeal in a case where a 2
victim's rights were violated. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide an opportunity for a remedy when a crime victim's rights
are violated.
