RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMIN ATION OF DEBORAH SMI TH
PALMIERI OF GUILFORD TO BE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF
PARDONS AND PAROLES.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Deborah 1
Smith Palmieri of Guilford to be a part-time member of the Board of 2
Pardons and Paroles, to serve for a term coterminous with that of the 3
Governor or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever 4
is longer, is approved and confirmed, and she is appointed said member 5
for said term. 6
