RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMIN ATION OF SCOTT A.
BARTON OF SEYMOUR TO BE A WORKERS' COMPE NSATION
COMMISSIONER.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Scott A. 1
Barton of Seymour to be a Workers' Compensation Commissioner, to 2
serve for a term of five years from January 26, 2020, is approved and 3
confirmed, and he is appointed a Workers' Compensation 4
Commissioner for said term. 5
