RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMIN ATION OF ROBERT W.
CLARK, ESQUIRE, OF DURHAM TO BE A JUDGE OF THE
APPELLATE COURT AND A JUDGE OF THE SUPER IOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Robert W. 1
Clark, Esquire, of Durham to be a Judge of the Appellate Court and a 2
Judge of the Superior Court, to serve for a term of eight years from the 3
date of confirmation by both Houses, in succession to the Honorable 4
Douglas S. Lavine, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed a 5
Judge of the Appellate Court and a Judge of the Superior Court for said 6
term. 7
