RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF RICHAR D
BALDUCCI OF DEEP RIVER TO BE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF
REGENTS FOR HIGHER E DUCATION.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by Matthew Ritter, speaker of the House of 1
Representatives, of Richard Balducci of Deep River to be a member of 2
the Board of Regents for Higher Education, to serve a term ending June 3
30, 2023, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever 4
is longer, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed said member 5
for said term. 6
