COMMISSIONER TO DISMISS THE CLAIMS AGAINST THE STATE OF
GREGORY CHRISTOFAKIS .
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file numbers 24913 1
and 24893 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissals of the claims 2
against the state in excess of two million two hundred fifty thousand 3
dollars of Gregory Christofakis, are confirmed. 4
