COMMISSIONER TO DISMISS THE CLAIMS AGAINST THE STATE OF
MARK CIRIELLO.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the decisions of the Claims Commissioner, file numbers 25000 1
and 25027 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissals of the claims 2
against the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Mark Ciriello, 3
are confirmed. 4
