RESOLUTION GRANTING THE CLAIMS COMMISSIO NER AN
EXTENSION OF TIME TO DISPOSE OF THE CLAIM OF NORMAN
GAINES.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the Claims Commissioner be granted an extension for a period 1
of one year from the date of the final adoption of this resolution by this 2
Assembly to dispose of the claim against the state of Norman Gaines, 3
file number 25010 of said commissioner. 4
