EXTENSION OF TIME TO DISPOSE OF THE CLAIMS OF BEVERLY K.
MATAKAETIS, ADMINISTRATRIX OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN J.

Resolved by this Assembly:
That the Claims Commissioner be granted an extension for a period 1
of one year from the date of the final adoption of this resolution by this 2
Assembly to dispose of the claims against the state of Beverly K. 3
Matakaetis, Administratrix of the Estate of John J. Kiley, file numbers 4
23839 and 23940 of said commissioner. 5
