RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE DECISION OF THE OFFICE OF THE
CLAIMS COMMISSIONER TO DISMISS CERTAIN CLAIMS AGAINST
THE STATE.
Resolved by this Assembly:
Section 1. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 1
25086 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against 2
the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Eddie Rodriguez, is 3
confirmed. 4
Sec. 2. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 5
24556 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against 6
the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Andres Sosa, is 7
confirmed. 8
Sec. 3. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 9
25431 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against 10
the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Walter Swist, is 11
confirmed. 12
Sec. 4. That the decisions of the Claims Commissioner, file numbers 13
24485 and 24723 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the 14
claims against the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of David 15

Sec. 5. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 17

the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Anushavan Torosyan, 19
is confirmed. 20
Sec. 6. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 21
24844 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against 22
the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Collins Verstegan, is 23
confirmed. 24
Sec. 7. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 25
24702 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against 26
the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Lisa Lee Whitnum, is 27
confirmed. 28
Sec. 8. That the decisions of the Claims Commissioner, file numbers 29
24913 and 24893 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissals of the 30
claims against the state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Gregory 31
