RESOLUTION GRANTING THE CLAIMS COMMISSIO NER AN
EXTENSION OF TIME TO DISPOSE OF THE CLAIM OF MELISSA
STEINHILPER, ADMINISTRATRIX FOR THE ESTATE OF AMANDA
MONINGTON.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the Claims Commissioner be granted an extension for a period 1
of one year from the date of the final adoption of this resolution by this 2
Assembly to dispose of the claim against the state of Melissa Steinhilper, 3
Administratrix for the estate of Amanda Monington, file number 23660 4
of said commissioner. 5
