RESOLUTION GRANTING THE CLAIMS COMMISSIO NER AN
EXTENSION OF TIME TO DISPOSE OF THE CLAIMS OF GARY
STOCKING.
Resolved by this Assembly:
Section 1. That the Claims Commissioner be granted an extension for 1
a period of one year from the date of the final adoption of this resolution 2
by this Assembly to dispose of the claim against the state of Gary 3
Stocking, file number 24779 of said commissioner. 4
Sec. 2. That the Claims Commissioner be granted an extension for a 5
period of one year from the date of the final adoption of this resolution 6
by this Assembly to dispose of the claim against the state of Gary 7
Stocking, file number 24780 of said commissioner. 8
