RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE DECISIONS OF THE CLAIMS
COMMISSIONER TO DISMISS THE CLAIMS AGAINST THE STATE OF
MARK CIRIELLO.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the decisions of the Claims Commissioner, file numbers 25000 1
and 25027 of said commissioner, ordering the dismissals of the claims 2
against the state in excess of two million eight thousand dollars of Mark 3
Ciriello, are confirmed. 4
