RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING THE RIGHT TO SELF-DETERMINATION
AND INDEPENDENCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARTSAKH.
Resolved by this House:
That the House of Representatives (1) condemn attacks by Azerbaijan 1
and Turkey against civilians in the Republic of Artsakh; (2) affirm the 2
right of Christians and all the citizens of the Republic of Artsakh to 3
practice their faith in freedom and without fear of foreign aggression; 4
and (3) recognize the right to self-determination and independence of 5
the Republic of Artsakh, and respectfully urge the President and 6
Congress of the United States of America to do the same. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To recognize the right to self-determination and independence of the
Republic of Artsakh.
